THE SIX STANDARDS

At WELLSTATE, our proprietary wellness standards and certification criteria are derived from six broad standards - Light, Nature, Energy, Flow, Restore and Connect.​

2. Nature

  • Activates the parasympathetic “rest‑and‑digest” response.

3. Energy

  • Prioritises clean energy, smart controls, and EV readiness.

  • Gives occupants control → less cognitive load, higher comfort.

  • Future‑proofs the home while cutting environmental impact.

4. Flow

  • Creates intuitive layouts, clear sight‑lines, and uncluttered zones.

  • Lowers sensory stress and cognitive effort, boosting focus.

  • Aligns with evidence‑based principles of spatial clarity.

 

5. Restore

  • Ensures clean air & water, acoustic comfort, low‑tox materials.

  • Supports recovery, memory consolidation, and emotional balance.

  • Provides dedicated zones for rest and detoxification.

 

6. Connect

  • Designs for social interaction, inclusivity, and community links.

  • Sense of belonging lowers cortisol and raises oxytocin.
