  • Payment information – collected and processed via Stripe or PayPal (we do not store full card details)

  • Website usage – IP address, browser/device info, session behaviour via Google Analytics

  • Marketing preferences – opt-ins, unsubscribes, and interactions with campaigns

You may choose to withhold certain information, but doing so may limit your ability to use our services or receive certification.

  • Deliver your WELLSTATE Certification, Wellness Report, and Digital Badge

  • Assess and review your submission using our proprietary scoring framework

  • Verify submitted data and enforce integrity standards, including fraud prevention

  • Respond to queries and provide support

  • Improve our tools, services, and content

  • Send you WELLSTATE updates or marketing (if you opt in)

Your data is stored securely via encrypted cloud platforms and trusted third-party services (e.g. Wix, Jotform, Google, Stripe, PayPal). We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, and disclosure.

 

Some data may be processed outside of Australia. Where this occurs, we require that those providers maintain Australian-equivalent privacy standards.

  • Revoke or suspend certifications if false or misleading information is detected

  • Use de-identified assessment data for internal research, reporting, or future service development
